What started as conversations about leadership, communication, and confidence became something bigger — a place to practice, connect, and grow with people who are working toward the same thing.

Morado ASC reflects the strengths of its founders. Claudia brings decades of experience in leadership development, facilitation, education, and helping people discover the confidence to communicate with clarity and purpose. Vince brings a background in creative direction, experience design, branding, and live learning environments—helping transform ideas into experiences people remember.

Claudia Lovato has spent her career helping people become stronger communicators, more confident leaders, and more effective educators.
Her work spans leadership development, facilitation, curriculum design, adult learning, healthcare education, and profession-al development, where she has designed learning experiences that create meaningful, lasting change.
As the author of In Spite of Myself: Confessions of a High-Functioning Neurodivergent, Claudia also brings a deeply personal under-standing of human behavior, resilience, and the importance of creating environments where people feel safe enough to grow.
That belief continues to shape everything she does through Morado ASC helping speakers, consultants, and professionals find their voice while reminding them that growth begins with connection.
VINCE
Co-Founder | Creative Director | Experience Designer
Vince has spent his career creating the spaces, stories, and details that help people show up at their best. As a design director, he helped shape multi-million-dollar live show environments for major automotive brands including Land Rover, Toyota, and Alfa Romeo turning brand strategy into experiences people could walk into, feel, and remember.
His background also includes more than 13 years leading his own creative business, developing brand identities, corporate literature, product design, and messaging systems
for clients who needed complex ideas made clear and compelling. Today, his work continues across digital marketing, creative direction, and experience design.
Vince is most comfortable behind the scenes shaping the details, setting the stage, and creating the environment that allows others to shine. Through Morado ASC, he brings that same care to the experience, helping create a space where people feel seen, supported, and ready to step forward.
